As Partner, Jean is responsible for the overall design direction for new projects. This includes initial programming, design development, and coordination of construction documents. In addition, Jean works with the Owner/Client/Contractor to address budget constraints with regard to the project's program in order to arrive at cost effective design solutions and provide on-site construction administration services.

As Partner, Keith is charged with responsibilities of overall business development of the firm. This includes administration of the Request for Proposal process as well as contract and specification coordination. In addition, Keith acts as the firm's Comptroller and handles the day-to-day financials and assists with long term projections of the company. Keith also develops construction budgets and cost estimates of projects.
